Once the most abundant animals of the ancient seas, these fossilized treasures from Madagascar are a modern-day work of art!
Ammonites are extinct marine animals that lived over 416 million years ago! Closely resembling squid, their name is derived from their spiral shape, as their fossilized shells somewhat resemble tightly-coiled rams horns. As ammonites grew, they added newer and larger chambers closest to the end of the coil.
Iron stands included.
