Faceted Zebra Calcite Candle Holder

Bold bands of color make zebra calcite one of nature’s more expressive stones. Cream, honey, caramel, warm peach, yellow, grey and charcoal move through each piece in unexpected patterns, giving these hand-carved candle holders a character entirely their own.

Carved individually from natural zebra calcite, each candle holder pairs the weight and substance of stone with a simple, sculptural form. The restrained silhouette keeps the focus on the material itself—layered color, dramatic banding and subtle shifts in tone that can look remarkably different from one piece to the next.

Use a zebra calcite candle holder on a coffee table, console, dining table or bookshelf, either on its own or grouped with other natural stone objects. Their compact scale makes them an easy way to introduce the texture and variation of natural stone into a room.

Each piece is distinctly its own. Natural variations in color and banding make every zebra calcite candle holder unique, while the hand-carved process creates subtle differences in shape and finish. Because each candle holder is carved by hand, variations and subtle irregularities in shape, proportion, surface and finish should also be expected. Natural fissures, textural variations and irregularities are also characteristic of the stone and hand-carved process.
